A major extension to an original 1870’s house accommodating a growing family, including a cellar, gym and pool. The juxtaposition of old and new is strengthened by the use of contrasting forms, colour and textures.

The central skylight running the length of the upper level provides ample light as well visual definition to the extension. Full width bifold doors and continuation of materials create a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces.
